Take the New York State Thruway South to New Jersey Route 17 South Travel on Route 17 South approximately 10 miles and Exit at RIDGEWOOD AVENUE-RIDGEWOOD (just past the Barnes & Noble Bookstore). Continue on Ridgewood Avenue through the center of town as far as you can go. The road will end in a parking lot at the Railroad Tracks. Drive your car into the parking lot and park your car. You will have to cross the Railroad tracks by walking under them. There will be a walkway to your left. Walk under the tracks and when you come up on the other side, look across the street for the CF POST MEDICAL BUILDING #20. Davis Surgical is on the right at the corner and there is a Restaurant to the left. Clinical Testing and Research is on the first floor of the CF POST MEDICAL Building. Go through the doors and walk straight ahead past the lobby area; you will see our front door.

Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 165. Follow the sign that says “RIDGEWOOD”, the sign has an arrow that points you in the correct direction. You will be on RIDGEWOOD AVENUE. In approximately ¼ mile a LORD & TAYLOR STORE will be on your left and you will cross over a highway. Continue straight on RIDGEWOOD AVENUE through the town of Ridgewood. The road will end in a parking lot at the Railroad Tracks. Drive your car into the parking lot and park your car. You will have to cross the Railroad tracks by walking under them. There will be a walkway to your left. Walk under the tracks and when you come up on the other side, look across the street for the CF POST MEDICAL BUILDING #20. When you see a big TOYS R US and a Jaguar Car Dealership, you are close to the Exit! Follow the signs for Ridgewood. This puts you on RIDGEWOOD AVENUE. Stay on RIDGEWOOD AVENUE for about 4 miles. Take Bus #164 to RIDGEWOOD from the Port Authority Bus Terminal (42nd Street & 8th Avenue). Tell the Driver you want to get off at the “WILSEY SQUARE-GARBER SQUARE STOP” in front of the Davis Surgical Store. The bus will stop approximately 30 feet before our building. Exit the bus and walk in the same direction that the bus is headed. Look for the CF POST MEDICAL BULDING #20 on your right. Enter the building and look straight ahead; we are on the ground floor just past the lobby area.

From Penn Station take New Jersey Transit one stop to the SECAUCUS JUNCTION. Change to the train to RIDGEWOOD. (Round trip ticket back to NYC is about $12.00) As you Exit the train at the RIDGEWOOD STATION, walk in the opposite direction that the train is traveling. You will have to cross under the Railroad tracks. There will be a stairway to your right. Walk under the tracks and when you come up on the other side, look across the street for the CF POST MEDICAL BUILDING #20.
